Every product begins at our state-of-the-art in-house tannery, where we process up to 200 hides daily through wet-blue and wet-white tanning. Operating under the same roof as our finishing and manufacturing units, we ensure seamless quality control from raw hide to Finished Products.

200 Hides a Day
Our Kanpur tannery processes up to 200 hides daily, giving us the raw material base for every finished leather and leather goods category we manufacture.
Wet-Blue & Wet-White Tanning
Chrome and chrome-free tanning processes run in parallel, letting us match the tanning method to the end use - garments, bags, belts or saddlery.
Full Grading & Selection
Every hide is graded and selected before it reaches finishing, so batch-to-batch consistency in colour, temper and thickness is controlled at the source, not after the fact.
REACH-Compliant Chemicals
Tanning and finishing chemicals are REACH-compliant throughout, supporting both product safety and the facility's environmental compliance standards.
