Strap Cutting & Splitting Area
Precise cutting and splitting of leather into straps for belts, saddlery, and pet accessories, controlling width & thickness.
Machine & Hand Stitching Areas
Industrial stitching machines to handle high-volume of computerized & normal stitching by skilled workers & hand-stitchers to do specialized stitching.
Hole Punching, Stamping, Creasing & Skiving
Specialized finishing processes by purpose build machine hole punching, stamping of logos and branding, creasing & skiving.
Raw Material Storage
Controlled and systematic storage facility for finish leather, threads, zippers, hardware, chemicals, dyes, adhesives, saddle trees, etc.
Packing & Dispatch Area
Final quality check, labeling, barcoding, RFID, De-humidification & UV treatment for moisture control, protective packaging, and shipment preparation with tracking documentation before dispatch.
